Job summary

Reliable Logistics in Mississauga seeks a results-driven Customs Brokerage Sales Executive to drive new business for clearance services and bonded storage solutions. The role targets eCommerce brands, freight forwarders, and importers, with Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish a plus but not mandatory.

You will present quotes, host facility tours, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding while keeping CRM updated and compliant with CBSA rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales for customs brokerage and bonded warehousing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfort with CBSA clearance types (CLVS, LVS, IID, F-Type) and FTZ programs.

Responsibilities

• Sell customs brokerage services to B2B and B2C eCommerce importers.
• Promote CW Bonded Warehouse and FTZ warehousing solutions.
• Engage importers, 3PLs, and logistics buyers through outbound sales and events.
• Present tailored quotes and drive end-to-end onboarding with operations.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM activity; stay updated on regulations.
