Job summary

Reliable Logistics in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Customs Brokerage Sales Executive to drive new business for our customs clearance and bonded warehousing services. The role targets eCommerce brands, freight forwarders, and importers with a focus on CBSA regulations and cost-effective solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B sales in customs brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and comfort with travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in customs brokerage and bonded warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, international trade, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to close logistics or service-based sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Sell customs brokerage services for B2B and B2C eCommerce importers.
• Promote CW Bonded Warehouse services for short-term storage and deconsolidation.
• Present FTZ warehousing solutions to international importers.
• Engage importers, 3PLs, and logistics buyers through outbound sales and networking.
• Host facility tours and walk clients through warehousing capabilities and clearance workflows.
• Collaborate with brokerage and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking using CRM tools.
