Livingston International, the leading customs broker in Canada, seeks a Client Service professional to manage daily client contacts, ensure compliance, and support release and rating processes. You will work with North American operations to maintain accurate client records and optimize service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CCS certification progress. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• CCS certification ( CCS exam ) progress or completed required for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain excellent, direct working relationships with clients and carriers.
• Prioritize and complete work according to client needs and customs requirements; ensure compliance with Livingston standards.
• Create and maintain the client tariff database and ensure accuracy of system files and keywords.
• Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating (e.g., FT certificates).
• Create, maintain and adhere to SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational productivity.
• Ensure timely release and rating of shipments across all modes for assigned clients; audit work.
• Provide guidance to Release Operations members to achieve service levels.
