What You’ll Work On

  • Own the full customer journey—from onboarding to renewals—maximizing customer value
  • Become a trusted product expert—guide clients on best practices, collaborate with Technical Consultants, and help leverage advanced features
  • Drive revenue growth—identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health—track usage, prevent issues, and improve retention using analytics tools like Velaris
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Product teams—ensure smooth handoffs, share insights, and contribute to product improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Customer-first mindset—passionate about customer success
  • Data-driven and analytical—comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards, and customer insights
  • Technical aptitude—keen to learn software inside out and guide customers effectively
  • Industry knowledge—experience in B2B SaaS, business calling software, or cloud communication tools
  • Proven experience—background in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management in SaaS
  • Familiar with customer tools—experience with Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, Velaris, or HubSpot is a plus
  • Language skills—native/bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
