Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive long‑term value creation and technology adoption across our customer portfolios. The role, based remotely in Ontario or British Columbia, collaborates with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to maximize ROI and measurable performance gains.

You will guide customers through complex technical needs, lead tailored product demonstrations, and align internal resources to deliver impactful solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years in the construction sector with knowledge of project workflows.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as CS, pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Strong written, verbal and virtual presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data and requirements into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and platform technology.
