You will collaborate with Sales, PS, and Product to maximize ROI and measurable performance gains. Based remotely but reside in Ontario or British Columbia, you will travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to conduct on-site consultations and industry events, mentoring teammates and advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in the construction sector.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (CS, pre-sales, or solutions consulting).
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed disciplines.

• Deliver actionable recommendations to maximize platform ROI using analytics and usage metrics.
• Architect value-focused solutions addressing customer challenges to boost adoption.
• Keep leadership informed on roadmaps and new features.
• Serve as a technical advisor guiding complex needs and escalations.
• Lead product demonstrations and align cross-functional resources.
• Maintain expertise across platform capabilities and industry standards.
• Support and mentor teammates and refine customer engagement processes.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for on-site consultations.
