Job description

Titre du poste Senior Customer Project Manager (Mississauga, ON) Description de poste

Lead a complex, multi-year Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) cloud transformation for a major Canadian healthcare customer, then continue the partnership as its dedicated Technical Account Manager. Your role: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year VNA cloud program, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, migration readiness, go-live, and customer outcomes. Build and manage the integrated project plan, governance framework, risks, dependencies, readiness assessments, executive communications, and transition into long-term operational support. Serve as the primary Philips point of accountability, coordinating customer and Philips teams while proactively escalating and resolving risks, issues, dependencies, and customer concerns. Transition into the customer’s dedicated Technical Account Manager and trusted advisor following project completion. You will lead technical health and operational reviews, advocate for the customer, and advise on optimization, upgrades, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation to help sustain value from Philips solutions.

You’re the right fit if: You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, managed services, healthcare informatics, enterprise software delivery, or a similar customer-facing leadership role, including successful delivery of large-scale healthcare technology implementations. Your skills include program governance, risk and dependency management, executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. Experience with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, VNA, and cloud-based technologies is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field is required. PMP is required. ITIL Foundation is preferred. You’re a trusted, customer-focused communicator who can work effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, chief information officers, and executive leaders.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You must be able to: Travel for business (air/train/bus). Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements. Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations). Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.
