Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact for leading edge customers and vendors on Serdes, PCIe, Ethernet, UCIe IPs programs.
• Work with external partners and engineering leads to align on optimal solutions.
• Dedicated single point of contact to coordinate and track issues.
• Runs program schedule, regular status update meetings, action item tracking and delivery acceptance.
• Coordinates activities to ensure contractual obligations and SoW goals are met.
• Internal execution and review of program schedules, risks and resolutions with management.
• Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
• Ensure WBS is consistent with program intent and realign as needed.
• Drive internal program kickoff, deliveries and signoffs with external partners.
