Job summary

General Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & execution of customer facing SoC semiconductor products engineering activities as well as track programs’ execution and Key-Performance-Indicator. You will be also responsible for improving and developing program management workflows to increase our programs’ efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact for leading edge customers and vendors on connectivity products program.
  • Working with external partners and engineering leads to align on optimal solutions.
  • Dedicated, single point of contact to coordinate and track issues
  • Runs program schedule, regular status update meetings, action item tracking and delivery acceptance
  • Coordinates activities to ensure SoW goals are being met
• Internal execution
  • Regular review of program schedules, risks and resolution strategy with management team.
  • Defining and driving process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
  • Ensuring WBS consistent with program intent and working with project manager and engineering leads to realign as needed.
  • Driving internal kickoff, deliveries and signoff both internally and with external partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

What you’ll you need

• Understanding of Optical Modules and Active Electrical Cables design, assembly and qualification for production process
• Understanding optical communication
• Schedule development, tracking, and reporting with industry standard tools
• Understanding, optical transceiver, design, assembly and supply chain is an asset
• PMP certification an asset

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits

$105,600.00 - $155,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
