Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead planning, development, execution, and delivery of software, emulation, and silicon validation for Networking Products within the Datacenter BU. You will define plans including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks, and oversee programs from start to finish with internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive end-to-end software, firmware, emulation, and validation lifecycles across Connectivity Products,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across technical teams and customers.
• Establish a Plan of Record and drive prioritization across the organization.
• Apply best practices through initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to develop goals and drive decisions for on-time delivery.
• Establish execution discipline: risk management, tracking, and executive reporting.
