Here’s how you will contribute to the success of the company:

Sherweb is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own our customer marketing function and manage the marketing relationship with our largest and most strategic Partner, Microsoft. This is a revenue and growth focused role with heavy emphasis on partner enablement and vendor management, driving co marketing activities with Microsoft targeting our existing customer base to drive the growth of our customer’s businesses (and ARPU) by elevating their knowledge and expertise through education, thought leadership and enablement campaigns.

This role will lead the strategy for our customer revenue expansion objectives within the Marketing Organization and is also responsible for the ownership and management of our partnership with Microsoft’s marketing org, including the planning/ownership of co-marketing activities and other programs that arise from the partnership.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the customer marketing strategy for customer revenue growth & expansion of primarily Microsoft solutions, measured by increase in ARPU and product penetration rate.
  • Partner with counterparts in other teams to manage the relationship with our largest vendor and partner (Microsoft) to execute on marketing initiatives and programs targeting our customer base.
  • Develop programs that support customer success and increase license adoption of primarily Microsoft products.
  • Lead Microsoft-focused thought leadership campaigns to position Sherweb as an industry authority.
  • Develop customer education initiatives that provide valuable insights and resources to help customers scale, primarily by expanding their Microsoft practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, own, and manage the marketing relationship with Microsoft’s marketing org, including the planning/ownership of co-marketing activities and the execution of MDF and other funding initiatives.
  • Build compelling briefs inspired by data and customer insights, clearly articulating business and marketing objectives, targets, key messages and measures of success.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the partner acquisition marketing leader to expose and leverage key campaigns and/or assets in our partner recruitment strategies and execution.

Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in relevant Marketing fields (PMM, channel marketing, customer marketing)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a senior-titled role.
  • A career focused in the B2B technology sector within B2B tech or SaaS,
  • Experience working with large strategic Fortune 1000 (Microsoft experience a huge bonus).
  • Flawless written communication in English is required
  • Familiarity and strong interest in IT audience and IT solution market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
