Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Toronto, Canada to blend technical strategy with business value across the customer journey. You will validate, design, and deploy tailored solutions, guiding enterprise clients from pre‑sales validation through onboarding and expansion while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to reduce toil.

You will own architecture discussions, manage risk, and drive value realization with customers, remaining a trusted technical advisor throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation with customers and, together with Account Executives, map requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding and deployment guidance, acting as lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and expansion opportunities with executive level stakeholders.
• Advise on architecture, security posture, and deployment confidence across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve time-to-value for customers.
• Partner with Enablement to create and share technical resources and SOPs.
