Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategy and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. You will own discovery, demos, onboarding, health metrics, and expansion opportunities while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative toil.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to present architectures, deliver PoCs, and ensure measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles with SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and build bespoke architectures.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and health of customer deployments; own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, and expansion strategies.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI workflows to automate routine tasks, freeing time for strategic customer advisory.
