Job summary

TD Securities in Toronto, Canada seeks an experienced Banking Operations professional to support Corporate Lending Operations. The role focuses on loan documentation management, end-to-end transactional workflows, and risk-controlled processes within a global capital markets environment.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize processes, deliver accurate reporting, and maintain high standards of compliance and customer service in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate/commercial lending operations experience.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office; advanced Excel incl. Pivot, VBA, and Power Pivot.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Power Apps and UiPath is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, international business, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational objectives related to Loan Documents management and accounting investigations.
• Understand operating environment, business processes, and transaction lifecycle for corporate credit lending.
• Act as first escalation point for process exceptions; resolve with stakeholders.
• Identify efficiencies, reduce errors, and implement solutions.
• Review and update processes ensuring documentation and compliance with requirements.
• Review and reconcile monthly reporting for the business group.
• Lead and guide team members and participate in escalation with partners.
• Maintain risk management and control aligned with enterprise frameworks.
