Job summary

TD Securities in Toronto is seeking a skilled professional to manage corporate lending operations, ensuring accurate processing of complex transactions within SLAs and supporting loan servicing activities.

You will work with Deal Analysts to investigate issues, contribute to process improvements, and deliver precise reporting to stakeholders while upholding compliance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the corporate lending operating environment, related business processes and procedures, and the full transaction lifecycle.
• Process complex transactions accurately, within required timelines, and in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform loan administration activities, including internal account balancing, funds investigation, transaction reconciliation, and completion of loan servicing requests from Deal Analysts.
• Identify, document, and investigate process exceptions or transaction-related issues that extend beyond first-level operations support.
• Refer or elevate processing and operational issues as appropriate, engaging the right partners to support timely resolution and maintain service quality for corporate clients.
• Support the loan servicing team by building operational and business knowledge, evaluating process improvement opportunities, sharing ideas, and transferring knowledge across the team, function, and partners.
• Contribute to consolidated or aggregated reporting in line with business requirements.
• Provide accurate, thorough analysis of key process drivers and root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational issues; interpret findings and recommend solutions.
