Responsibilities

• Assists in processing more complex transactions and customer requests.
• Addresses customer service issues and escalates when required.
• Refers complex questions or issues to the appropriate party.
• Supports change management and execution such as routine service tasks.
• Executes and manages documentation to ensure records are maintained.
