Evolution Mining is seeking a Principal Contracts Management professional for its Red Lake operations. The role leads procurement and contract management across projects, ensuring safe, value-for-money outcomes with strong governance.

It is a hybrid position requiring site visits in Red Lake, Ontario, with a schedule of 9.5-hour shifts and a competitive salary range. The package includes a quarterly bonus and long-term incentives, accommodations, relocation assistance, and future growth

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline; CSCMP designation preferred.
• Experience developing commercial strategies and contracting models.
• Experience managing major operational mining contracts.
• Knowledge of mining sector agreements in Canada.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Act as the commercial lead for mining operations contracts across the contract lifecycle.
• Develop contract management plans and ensure governance and documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance with KPIs and service measures.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and contract management plans.
• Coordinate procurement activities for RLO Projects and supplier relations.
• Support contract close-out activities and lessons learned.
