Evolution Mining seeks a Senior Advisor – People & Culture to provide expert HR support at its Red Lake site in Northwestern Ontario. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services and leading P&C initiatives across the operation.

You will coordinate recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy development within a busy mining environment, reporting to site leadership. A college HR diploma is required or desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum College Diploma related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
• CHRP/CHRL designation is not required but desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level HR advice to site P&C leadership and managers.
• Coordinate delivery of routine HR services and ad-hoc requirements.
• Lead implementation of site and Group P&C initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment with Group Recruitment and advise Hiring Leads.
• Support performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
• Assist site annual performance reviews and talent management processes.
• Oversee inductions/orientations and onboarding processes.
