Qualifications

• Develop and enforce mine policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance in operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with contractors, departments and regulators.
• Guide planning for short- and long-term ore removal targets.
