Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Lead Hand Supply Chain in Red Lake, Ontario. This residential role offers day-to-day leadership and technical support to the Supply Chain team, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse and logistics operations.

The successful candidate will mentor technicians, manage inventory integrity, support training and continuous improvement, and act as the primary operations contact when the Supervisor is unavailable. Compensation ranges 105k–130k CAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and logistics to support operations.
• Mentor and coach Supply Chain Technicians and onboard new staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, labeling, storage, and stocktakes.
• Monitor material movements and lead continuous improvement in processes.
• Serve as primary operations contact for warehouse during Supervisor absences.
• Assist with customer service excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies.
