Evolution Mining is seeking a Team Lead - Emergency Response & Security at Red Lake, Ontario. You will lead Emergency Response Officers and oversee site security for underground and surface operations, ensuring readiness, training, and incident management support.

You will have 8–10 years in mining and at least 5 years in emergency response, with strong leadership, planning and safety culture. The role includes ensuring compliance with OHSA and Evolution standards, plus collaboration with

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in Emergency Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Emergency Services, Training, Mining or related discipline.
• 8–10 years mining industry experience with 5+ years in emergency response/ERT.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise Emergency Response Officers and coordinate underground and surface ERTs.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, procedures and risk assessments.
• Coordinate ERT training, onboarding and competency records.
• Plan and execute emergency drills and exercises; track findings and implement improvements.
• Coordinate site security, access control and visitor/contractor management.
• Support incident investigations and regulatory reporting.
