Job summary

Veolia Water Technology is seeking an Execution Contract Manager to lead contract management from project initiation to completion. You will balance customer needs with risk, guide execution teams, and collaborate with Legal and finance to ensure compliant, timely project delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in NORAM with contract negotiation experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with EP/EP+ contracts.

Qualifications

Degree in Legal, Business or Engineering with 8+ years of contract negotiation experience.
Must have 10+ years in NORAM region with legal/contract terms and conditions experience.
Fluency in English; French is a plus and ability to draft and negotiate in them.
Experience with Design-Build (EP or EPC) contracts.

Responsibilities

Advises execution Project Managers on complex contracts.
Lead reviews at Project Initiation and Close Out, assessing risks, milestones, and indemnities.
Vet contractors/subcontractors and develop flowdown contracts for teams.
Manage liquidated damages, penalties, and change orders with clients and suppliers.
Lead claim management including delay analysis and dispute resolution.
Provide guidance on contracting practices and procedural training to staff.
