This executive will lead high-performing teams, align engineering with commercial goals, and drive excellence and innovation across markets.

The role emphasizes scalable solutions, governance, and rapid execution while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, including water and wastewater treatment.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or multidisciplinary technical groups.
• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies across multiple markets.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align engineering decisions with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy and execution of the process engineering function for Water Tech NORAM.
• Set engineering priorities, models, and capability plans to respond quickly to market opportunities.
• Drive scalable, repeatable, differentiated treatment solutions across industry markets.
• Oversee governance, design standards, and quality controls for all process design activities.
• Partner with commercial, product management, operations and project teams to ensure robust solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
