You will negotiate NDAs, review complex contracts, develop mitigation strategies, ensure compliance, and guide execution on high-risk deals in collaboration with Legal and various stakeholders.

The Commercial Contracts Manager will be responsible for providing world class support from
tendering to final project completion, ensuring a balance of customer centricity and risk
management. The Commercial Contracts Manager will support the growth of the region both
financially & in terms of capability by building the risk management mind-set within the broader
regional team & influencing change at the global level.
