Raise is hiring a Contract Professional for the Site C Clean Energy Project in Vancouver, BC. The role focuses on formal management of medium to high complexity contracts to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

The position requires extensive post-award contract management experience, including change management, payment processing, and submittal management, with knowledge of public sector procurement law.

• Nine years of contract management experience.
• Experience in post-award management including change management and payment processing.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement law and supply chain concepts.

• Perform comprehensive post-award contract management activities, including change management and payment processing.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Manage vendor relationships and reporting to enable sourcing initiatives.
• Forecast, monitor, and report contract usage to ensure budget compliance.
• Provide advisory services on procurement and contract management.
