Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large scale, complex vendor contracts.
• Strong contract administration and contract management experience essential.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle including pre-award and post-award activities.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supplier performance, and commercial risk.
• Experience with cross-functional project teams and suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics or related discipline; or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with major infrastructure, engineering, or regulated utilities is a plus.
• Project Management or Supply Chain Management certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award contract administration for complex contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Identify issues and risks early; coordinate solutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract changes, performance concerns, and other post-award activities.
• Build productive relationships with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Track contract usage and financial performance against budgets.
• Prepare contract reporting and provide timely risk and issue updates.
• Support pre-award activities including sourcing and procurement processes.
• Provide contract and procurement guidance using sound commercial judgment.
