Job summary

NORR Architects Engineers Planners is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to oversee construction contract performance within the Commercial Studio. You will ensure contractors and owners fulfill their roles, provide clarifications, and review progress against budgets and schedules.

You will lead with constructability input, maintain liaison with stakeholders, and support design teams through documentation and change processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management is required.
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform site observations to ensure contract compliance with building codes.
• Review and track shop drawings, schedules, progress payments, and change documents.
• Coordinate with contractors and authorities to resolve constructability or owner concerns.
• Prepare project change documentation, including sketches and drawings.
• Attend progress meetings and ensure timely information exchange.
• Ensure closeout documents are submitted upon project completion.
