What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Bring minimum 3 years of cumulative Financial Services related work experience or a minimum of 2 years in Strategy Consulting.
  • Experience in Financial Services sectors such as Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and other related retail areas.
  • Previous strategy or management consulting (preferably in Financial Services).
  • Experience with strategy development and strategy creation.
  • Demonstrate project delivery experience in professional or volunteer contexts, including:
  • Synthesizing analysis into coherent narratives
  • Producing tangible outputs at different stages of a process
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Experience managing people is a bonus
  • Strong quantitative aptitude (e.g., financial analysis, business case development, ability to work with large/complex data sets)
  • Solid understanding of strategy as a set of choices made with intent to gain competitive advantage
  • Technical knowledge is a bonus (e.g., relevant industry designation)
About the team

Strategy and Business Design (SBD) team works with leading corporations, financial institutions, governments, and social sector organizations to address top strategic issues. We help clients translate insight into actionable strategies, drive change, and build leadership capabilities. The team brings deep expertise across industries and content areas to help with corporate/business strategy, customer strategy, innovation, and business transformation, including process redesign, cost optimization programs, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, with eligibility for our bonus program. We benchmark salaries across positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels, and recognize unique strengths and contributions.
