Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in Agile mode. This role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Core HR areas.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.

Skills required :

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• 2+ years of experience working with at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Absence
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR across multiple countries
• Knowledge of Agile practices and experience implementing projects in Agile mode
• Experience in a global delivery environment
• Comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Proficiency in all Core HR processes
• Ability to lead discussions with customer teams regarding integrations, data migrations, and reports
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, and BI reporting
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to diverse teams
• Experience managing teams of 5+ members is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

The role may involve sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario-based candidates ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
