Job Description: Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP (Senior Sales Consultant)

As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP, you will be part of a pre-sales team dedicated to solving business and technical challenges for prospective clients. Your role involves understanding customer goals and challenges to recommend suitable Oracle Cloud Applications or Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle products and industry trends, including:
  • Oracle SaaS ERP, SCM, EPM, and HCM Clouds — architecture, operations, security, configuration, extensibility, integration, analytics
  • Oracle PaaS Cloud — database, development tools, integration tools, analytics, digital assistant, identity management, CASB, etc.
  • Advanced technologies like AI, IoT, ML, Blockchain
  • Stay aware of competitive enterprise applications and technologies.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with Oracle solutions.
  • Demonstrate leadership and superior presentation skills.
  • Respond to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and proposals with product/solution information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and prospects.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in related fields preferred.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous.
    • Experience in selling, implementing, or using enterprise software, especially cloud-based.
    • Background in ERP, SCM, EPM, and/or HCM applications preferred.
    • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
    • Enthusiastic, confident, and excellent communicator.
    • Ability to discuss industry issues at various levels, from C-Level to IT Managers.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Experience working with government, utilities, public services, education, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
    Location:

    Canada (Toronto, Quebec, Montreal preferred)

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Provide presales technical and functional support, develop and deliver Oracle presentations, articulate product features, and design software solutions including advanced concepts and third-party integrations. Demonstrate independent judgment and may lead projects. Prior vendor experience is advantageous.

    Compensation:

    Range from $77,500 to $144,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
