Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Transformation and Operating Model design to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. You will work directly with clients, own key deliverables, and apply structured, process-oriented thinking to complex challenges.

The role focuses on designing and implementing Target Operating Models, documenting SOPs, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Background in Operations or Human Resources or related area.
• Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience in process design, process improvement, and SOP development.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to independently manage and own deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We’re Looking For
