Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to guide client organizations through major transformation programs in Kimberley. The role focuses on organizational design, process improvement, change management, and strategy execution, with leadership of multi-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will leverage transformation frameworks and agile/lean methodologies to design new operating models, drive adoption, and measure impact across engagements in the Northern Cape

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in business transformation or organizational development.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and change management principles.
