Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in construction and contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration across projects from tender through closeout.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract docs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relations across multiple projects.
• Travel to Northern Alberta as required.
