Qualifications

• 9+ years experience with City of Ottawa development approvals, servicing studies, grading plans, and stormwater management design.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage land/site development projects within the Ottawa area.
• Provide direction and management to project teams and key stakeholders.
• Be the project point of contact with the client and coordinate with other disciplines.
