Job summary

TMX is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to lead a global compensation team and partner with senior leaders to shape pay strategy. You will drive annual market analyses, oversee job evaluation, and ensure the equity program aligns with regulatory requirements and business growth.

You will mentor a diverse team, collaborate with HR business partners, and implement best-in-class compensation programs across the organization, including large-scale change initiatives and M&A related activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive experience in a compensation management related capacity.
• Excellent thought leader and consulting skills; interacting with Business Leaders, HR stakeholders and other client groups.
• Solid understanding of compensation principles, program design and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver broad-based compensation programs, pay structures and compensation frameworks.
• Lead ongoing enterprise education and support to business leaders, employees and HR stakeholders on compensation plans, policies, and processes.
• Lead the year-end compensation process and drive improvements to procedures for better manager/employee experience.
• Oversee job evaluation processes with oversight and guidance to the team and stakeholders.
• Lead annual market analyses and translate market data into compensation decisions for the business.
• Coordinate with Finance on salary planning, bonus accruals and forecasting activities.
• Transform compensation data and analytics with dashboards and reports on key metrics.
• Oversee equity administration with regulatory compliance and data integrity.
