You will partner with HR and business leaders, turning data and market insights into actionable pay strategies to support both employees and organizational success. The role requires 7+ years of compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a fast-paced, ownership-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with solid knowledge of compensation principles and legislation.
• Diploma or degree in HR or related field; CCP designation in progress preferred; CHRP/CHRL considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to company-wide Compensation programs that help attract, retain and recognize top talent.
• Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor on pay programs and strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to translate priorities into practical compensation solutions.
• Lead annual salary reviews and incentive program planning with strong Excel support.
• Collaborate across teams to design and communicate compensation initiatives balancing business needs and employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize compensation practices for scalability.
