Qualifications

• Assets include compensation data analytics framework, research design, data collection and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and leadership on compensation research and analytics.
• Lead a team of compensation specialists collecting and analyzing data and producing analytics.
• Support bargaining directives and employer partners with objective data for decision making.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of a compensation evidence base for directives and bargaining.
