Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or a related field; CCP designation preferred, CHRP/CHRL asset.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with knowledge of compensation principles and legislation.
• Known for collaborative relationships and being a trusted partner who translates business needs into solutions.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with ability to spot trends and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and influence others.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to company-wide compensation programs to attract, retain and recognize top talent.
• Partner with HR and business leaders, advising on pay programs and market-aligned strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate priorities into practical compensation solutions.
• Lead annual salary reviews and incentive program planning, coordinating and using advanced Excel to run smoothly.
• Collaborate across teams to design and communicate compensation initiatives balancing business needs and employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize compensation practices for scalability and growth.
• Provide education and resources so leaders and employees understand our pay approach.
• Support job evaluations, role documentation and Total Rewards policy maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to company-wide Compensation programs that help us attract, retain and recognize top talent.
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on pay programs and strategies that align with our goals and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining insight into their priorities and turning those into practical compensation solutions.
• Play a key role in delivering annual salary reviews and incentive programs-planning, coordinating, and using advanced Excel skills to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate across teams to design and communicate compensation initiatives that balance business needs with employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize existing compensation practices, ensuring they remain scalable and help enable continued business growth.
• Provide clear education and resources so leaders and employees understand and feel confident in our approach to pay.
• Support job evaluations, role documentation and the maintenance of Total Rewards policies to ensure they stay relevant and accessible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or a related field; demonstrated progress toward the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred, with CHRP/CHRL considered an asset.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with solid knowledge of compensation principles and legislation.
• Known for building collaborative relationships and being a trusted partner who can translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and influence others with confidence.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
