Job summary

We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager for a well-established brokerage in the North York, ON area. This position offers a path to manage a commercial programs book of business and provide exceptional client service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience, a RIBO license, and ongoing pursuit of CIP or CAIB. Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in EPIC are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years+ of commercial insurance experience required.
• RIBO license required, working towards CIP or CAIB (Company will support)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Manage a commercial programs book of business, maintaining relationships with multiple associations and their unique insurance needs
• Client Service: Process account documentation, review applications, bind coverages, and provide same-day response time to clients.
• Risk Analysis: Review client's current coverage and exposures, analyze risk to determine product requirements, and work collaboratively with Producers.
