Qualifications

• RIBO license and 3+ years in commercial lines required.
• Willing to pursue CAIB, CIP or CRM designations.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Book management for medium to large commercial accounts with principals and associates.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine appropriate coverages with risk management strategies.
• Negotiate coverages and rates with underwriters; conduct renewal reviews and assist claims negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Book Management: Manage a book of medium to large size commercial insurance accounts, working closely with principals and account associates.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessment of clients' operations, determine appropriate insurance coverages, and develop risk management strategies.
• Relationship Management: Negotiate coverages and rates with underwriters, conduct renewal reviews, and collaborate with the claims department during negotiations.

Desired Skills

• RIBO License required with minimum 3 years' experience in commercial lines at a brokerage or insurance company.
• Willing to complete CAIB, CIP, and/or CRM designations (completed designations are an asset).
