Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, COM, to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, technical, and leadership roles across engineering, project management, construction, and corporate functions.

You will partner with business leaders to develop workforce strategies, provide labour market intelligence, and build proactive talent pipelines for large-scale infrastructure projects in the GTA and across Canada.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3+ years supporting engineering, infrastructure, construction, or capital projects.
• Experience recruiting Rail & Transit, Property Services, and Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex technical and leadership roles across engineering, project management, and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders to develop workforce strategies and long-term talent plans.
• Provide labour market intelligence, recruitment strategy, and guidance to hiring managers.
• Develop proactive pipelines through market mapping, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and lead offer negotiations.
