Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial management, project coordination, project controls, governance, portfolio management or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transit, transportation, construction, or public-sector programs.
• Demonstrated experience preparing governance and executive-level materials, including dashboards, presentations, decision logs, action trackers, and management reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, risks, issues, and actions, and supporting portfolio-level reporting and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Management team in delivering portfolio-wide commercial activities and coordination across multiple projects.
• Lead preparation and administration of governance materials, including dashboards and executive presentations.
• Coordinate briefing materials, meeting packages, status reports, and presentation decks for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio-level commercial reporting and tracking tools.
