Valtech is seeking a Senior Commerce Strategist in Canada to transform complex customer experiences into scalable digital commerce ecosystems. You will lead strategic alignment, define future-state experiences, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.

You will bring 8+ years in digital strategy, CX, and commerce, with a track record in enterprise transformation and strong analytical storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, CX, commerce, or consulting.
• Experience leading strategic discovery and enterprise transformations.
• Strong journey mapping and persona development.
• Ability to translate strategy into digital recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including business, experience, design, product, and tech.
