Job summary

Vision33 is seeking a Cloud IT Support Consultant to join the TotalCare Support Team in Canada. You will handle Tier 2 infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux servers, AWS deployments, and security configurations, while delivering high SLA performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include incident management, automation scripting, and maintaining internal docs. Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and time management are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AWS cloud environments with troubleshooting and infra support.
• Minimum 5 years supporting network infrastructure (routers, firewalls).
• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 5 years client-facing support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux in mission-critical environments.
• Server administration and security protocols competency.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ITIL and cloud ERP solutions exposure.
• Experience supporting ERP solutions in cloud contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents end-to-end across Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer user and security profiles on 100+ servers.
• Configure and maintain AWS environments with CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
• Troubleshoot and restore systems in AWS (Windows Server, SUSE Linux).
• Perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective measures.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Configure and support IIS, Apache, Nginx, and file/print services.
• Coordinate server maintenance and backups; assist restores.
• Create and maintain internal support documentation.
