Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Ability to white-board and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executives.
• Proven quota-carrying or revenue-aligned background in SaaS.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with customers and map requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy for customers.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform value into ROI for executives.
