BDO Canada is seeking a Banking Cloud Solutions Leader to blend deep banking knowledge with cloud platform expertise. The role focuses on shaping executable solutions, driving multi-cloud programs, and expanding client engagements across cloud, data, AI, security, and modernization.

The successful candidate will move between executive strategy, technical architecture, and commercial opportunity development, mentoring teams and delivering trusted outcomes for cloud transformations in banking

Qualifications

• Deep banking experience including governance, risk and compliance context.
• Broad understanding of cloud, data, AI, security, integration, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and technical discussions across cloud transformation and modernization.
• Translate banking priorities and regulatory requirements into credible technology programs.
• Provide architecture-level guidance across Azure, AWS, and GCP including hybrid environments.
• Shape engagements from discovery through delivery and mobilization.
• Develop account growth strategies with sales and delivery leadership.
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, proposals, and roadmaps.
• Mentor architects, consultants, and engineers in banking accounts.
