Job summary

HOOPP’s IT Enterprise Architecture, Cloud and Data Platform Group seeks a Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate secure AWS/Azure infrastructure; collaborate with delivery, security, and governance teams to align cloud initiatives with business objectives.

You will develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep/ARM, drive automation, observability, and AI-assisted insights while mentoring colleagues and supporting on-call production

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure operations and cloud platform experience.
• Extensive hands-on AWS/Azure design, implementation and operation.
• IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep/ARM; automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Lead root-cause analysis and preventive improvements for incidents.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions to standardize provisioning.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements for efficiency.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in on-call production support.
