Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Platform Developer to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions. The role emphasizes Kubernetes clusters on managed cloud offers, secure CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid multi-cloud networking.

You'll work with Terraform, vaults, and secret management, while guiding junior engineers and aligning cloud strategies with client business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in cloud platforms and multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise with managed offerings (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Hands-on with Terraform and secret management tools (Vault, Secret Manager, KeyVault).
• Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines (Argo/GitLab/GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, SSO/OAuth/OIDC and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on managed clouds for clients.
• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud networking with strong security controls.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native or SaaS tools.
• Implement authentication and authorization strategies across platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor cloud solutions to business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with industry trends.
