Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Developer to join our Advisory Technology Strategy team in Ottawa. You’ll lead Kubernetes deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, implement secure networking, and drive cloud-native CI/CD initiatives using Argo Workflows, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.

The ideal candidate has deep Kubernetes experience with AKS/EKS/GKE, PaaS patterns like Google Cloud Functions and AWS Lambda, and strong IaC skills (Terraform) plus secret management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven senior cloud/platform experience with Kubernetes in multi-cloud/hybrid environments.
• Strong background in networking, security best practices, and cloud-native CI/CD.
• Hands-on with IaC (Terraform) and secret management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across hybrid/multi-clouds.
• Implement serverless patterns with GCF and AWS Lambda.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Argo, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Guide secure authentication/authorization patterns (SSO, IAM, RBAC).
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with cloud trends.
