TAPP Workforce Solutions Inc.—Healthcare Division is seeking a Senior Clinical Dispatch Manager in Winnipeg, MB to serve as the operational hub between clinical personnel, flight operations, and OLMC. You will triage patient transport needs and manage clinical crew deployment in a fast-paced, 12-hour rotational shift environment.

This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight of medevac operations, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with progressive management experience.
• Experience in medevac/air medical transport is preferred.
• Ability to oversee clinical personnel and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to clinical staff and OLMC partners.
• Triage and prioritize patient transport needs.
• Coordinate aircraft assets with clinical crews.
